Due to current travel disruption, and so that we can focus on serving food and other essential items in our busy stores all of our in-store travel money bureau are now closed.
You cannot order travel money in store, online or by phone.
If you need to return currency, please call our Customer Service team on 0345 355 2463^. Make sure you have your proof of purchase to hand.

Foreign Currency - Buy Travel Money
Preparing to go abroad? It’s likely that you are going to need travel money.
If you're the last minute kind of traveller, you may decide to exchange currency at the airport or take money out from an ATM at your chosen destination. However, being prepared and buying travel money before you go could help ensure that you have fewer problems to deal with when you arrive.

There are over 50 currencies available from Sainsbury's B@nk, with next working day delivery options available on Euros and US dollars (excludes Highlands and Islands)*. For exotic currencies, we have a longer delivery time. In store collection is also available.
You can also order from any of our in store Travel Money bureau. Please note that rates can vary between online, phone and in store orders.

*Next working day home delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm online and 2.30pm by phone Monday to Thursday. Highlands and Islands (including Channel Islands) are not guaranteed next day delivery.
